The Hilldale Community Association is a registered charity in England, 1108035. It was formed in 2003 with the express objectives of:
1. Advancing education and providing facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation.
2. Improving the conditions of life for the residents by organising events and helping to provide facilities which will benefit the whole community.
The HCA committee is currently reviewing the Constitution to ensure that it continues to reflect the us - the Hilldale community - and what we want to do as a community.
We have a noticeboard and so, if you have a notice you'd like to be displayed, contact us - hello@hilldale-ca.org - and we'll try to find a space for it.
Membership and Meetings
There is no membership fee to join the HCA. In fact, every resident is automatically a member; all you need to do is to come along.
We hold our meetings about once a month.
Please come along: send a message - hello@hilldale-ca.org - and we'll tell you the next date, time. and venue.
Annual General Meetings
There is the Annual General Meeting to which everyone in Hilldale Parish is invited. Look out for the notices on our Noticeboard and in our Autumn newsletter.
The 2023 AGM was held on 18 October in the Hilldale Village Hall.

The HCA has 4 Officers and they are:
Chair: John Hodge
Vice Chair: Shelia Cooper
Secretary: Bill Halkett
Treasurer: Mark Bowyer
The rest of the Committee is formed by the residents who attend any meeting. If you attend, you can propose and vote on topics which arise.
The HCA is an entirely volunteer organisation, there are no paid positions.
